Your pay, in plain dollars
You keep 85% of what the homeowner pays. CleanNest keeps 15% for payment processing, support and app operating costs. No sign-up fees, and we cover the background check.
Repeat plans pay a little less per visit, but they're steadier.
Homeowners on repeat plans get a lower price, so your pay per visit is lower too. In return, they book the same time again and again, which can mean more predictable work. We aim to keep you with the same homes on repeat plans, as long as the homeowner is happy with the clean and you're available.
Examples for a one-off clean with no add-ons; add-ons pay 85% too. Not a guarantee: pay depends on the jobs you accept and your availability. You are an independent contractor. Extra large homes reserve 9 AM to 3 PM, and your exact pay is shown in the app before you accept.
