What does a clean cost?
The price is fixed by home size: Small $130, Medium $170, Large $210, XL $280. Add-ons such as the fridge or inside windows are extra. Repeat plans save 5 to 15% on the cleaning price.
When am I charged?
Nothing is charged when you book. After your clean, you can tap Confirm. If you do not, we charge your card automatically 24 hours later unless you report an issue first. Your card is saved securely by Stripe.
How far ahead do I need to book?
One-off cleans need 48 hours' notice. You choose a morning or afternoon arrival window. Extra large homes reserve 9 AM to 3 PM.
Who will clean my home?
Your booking is confirmed only when a named cleaner accepts it, and you see their name and photo. Every cleaner is reviewed by our team and background checked.
What products do you use?
Gentle products, chosen for homes with kids and pets. We use no bleach or harsh chemicals without your permission. If a job needs something stronger, your cleaner asks you first.
Do cleaners wear shoes in my home?
Your cleaner wears clean shoe covers or indoor shoes. If you prefer shoes off, you can tell us when you book.
Why do you verify my home?
You confirm your address and add a quick photo, so cleaners know who they are meeting and that the home is real. At launch we serve the home you live in.
What if something goes wrong?

I want to clean homes. How do I apply?
Apply in the app. Our team reviews every application. You keep 85% of what the homeowner pays, and we cover the background check.
